Homebuyers are now required to submit letters of pre-approval from a financial institution along with an offer to purchase. I have all of my buyers pre-approved before we even set foot in a house. That way you know what sort of interest rate to expect, and I can also let you know what your all-inclusive note would be (that's including property taxes and homeowner's insurance). My mantra is, "Pleasant surprises, sure! Expensive surprises...NO, NO!" Knowing the payment that you may be saddled with in advance allows us to be flexible with our home search. I want your note to be comfortable for you. Living in your very own home should be a rewarding experience and not a stressful one. Once you have the details of your impending mortgage, we can adjust our price range accordingly. With such low interest rates, you may be surprised at how much home you can buy.
